Free - Paper Presentation Guidelines

Instructions for Free Paper Presentation:

• The file must be in the form of PowerPoint presentation.
• Each slide should contain no more than 7-8 lines.
• After preparing your presentation, please send the file to abstracts.apasicon2025@gmail.com and also share it via WhatsApp to 8885187576 along with your abstract number.

The Second slide of the presentation should include:

• Name of the presenter
• Paper Title (In Bold)
• Abstract Id (In Bold)
• Institution

Colour Specifications:

• When using light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue) use dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green).
• When using dark backgrounds (blue, purple) use light fonts (white, yellow, cyan).
• Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds.
• Illustrations/images/photographs should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.

Note : Last date to submit is 31st August 2025 .
As a backup please carry your presentation in a pen drive to the venue.
